2020-21 OFFICER ELECTION RESULTS
Lions of District 14E,
Due to the Coronavirus, our District 14-E Convention on April 18th was canceled and as a result the method of holding our 2020-2021 District 14-E Officer Elections had to be changed. A method of electronic election allowed for by the Constitution and By-laws was set into motion with online voting scheduled to take place on May 2, 2020.
Twenty-two of the District’s Lions Clubs registered fifty-three voting delegates, 4 alternate delegates, and twenty-three Past District Governor delegates were registered, and credentials certified by the District 14-E Credentials Committee chaired by PDG Dave Stitely.
Upon completion of the election the votes were counted, and the results presented as follows:
32 of the registered District 14-E Club delegates voted.
14 of the registered District 14-E PDG delegates voted.
For the office of 2020-2021 2nd Vice District Governor, candidate Anthony “Tony” Catullo received 46 “Yes” votes, zero “No” votes, and zero abstained votes.
For the office of 2020-2021 1st Vice District Governor, candidate Margaret “Margie” Wolff received 46 “Yes” votes, zero “No” votes, and zero abstained votes.
For the office of 2020-2021 District Governor, candidate Charles “Chuck” Thompkins received 46 “Yes” votes, zero “No” votes, and zero abstained votes.
